HOW TO WEAR
You can choose the weight based on your goals or take the assistance of your doctor and physiotherapist. Wrap the weight cuff around the wrist/ankle. Insert the velcro in the buckle provided and lock to a secure and comfortable fit.
Choose correctly from the available weight levels.

Choose to return or exchange for a different size (if available) within 7 days. Returns/replacements are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, missing, or wrong products delivered.
