Products are shipped either on the same day or the next working day from the date of order placement. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive the same within 7 days. All the products will be dispatched on all days except Sunday and Public Holidays, depending on the availability of the Logistic Partner.
However, if there is any delay in shipping due to Natural Calamities, a prior intimation will be given to you on your registered Email Id or Mobile Number.
Vissco Next is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company or Postal Authorities.
Orders will be delivered as per the Address mentioned at the time of Order Placement and we are not liable of any wrong Address mentioned at the time of placing order. Providing correct Mobile Number helps in Faster & Seamless Delivery.
Tracking: You will receive an Email with the Logistic Partner’s name and the Tracking ID once your Order is shipped. You can also track your Shipment by logging in to our Vissco Next Website under “My Orders”.
International Shipment: You can place order from any part of world and same would be delivered to you and your dear ones.
Vissco Next believes in helping its customers as much as possible, and has therefore a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this Policy – Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the Cancellation Request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the Warehouse / Vendors / Merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping themselves.
Replacement will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of receiving the Order, except for our non-returnable products and high-value products. The replacement will take place on thorough inspection of the product.
If there is any issue with respect to size or color, we promise to get it replaced as per the product availability.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the Website or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will look into your complaint and will take an appropriate decision such that neither of our customers receive unsatisfactory products.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the Product at our Warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your Replacement on our Website.
Following are the conditions to return the item:
• Return/Size Exchange requests should be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.
• The tags on the product should be intact.
• The product should be unused and in its original condition.
If there is an error on our part and it cannot be rectified in time, we will refund 100% of cost of product on return.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of returning your Order back to the Logistics Partner. However, in many cases you will receive a refund quickly.
Shipping Costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
