FOR MAXIMUM BENEFIT

  • Place strip from one end of the knee round the foot to the opposite end of the knee
  • Leave loop space at foot-end of the leg
  • Insert spreader inside this loop space
  • Wrap the bandage on the strip
  • Tie the cord on spreader nose and pass the cord through the pulley and then hang the weight
  • Weight should not exceed more than 3 kg

PRODUCT CARE

  • Hand wash with mild detergent and water at room temperature
  • Dry in shade on a at surface
  • Do not dry clean

Physiotherapy Exercises

Recommended Exercise - Forward Stretch

Position : Stand

Stand with feet hip width apart, bend both knees to 20 degrees, elevate the arms in front, clasp the hands such that palm facing away.

Form & Movement

Maintain the chin tuck, core set and blades set. Breathe out, reach forward and round your shoulders. Feel for the stretch in the mid back. Breathe in, release the reach and back to starting position.

Recommended Exercise - Tandem Walk

Position : Stand

Stand with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward.

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, walk by placing the heel of one foot in front of and touching the toes of the back foot. Look forward and ahead. Walk heel-to-toe in a straight line

Recommended Exercise - Getting on and off 2 Pillow Sideways-Mild Intensity

Position : Stand

Stand next to 2 pillows stacked on top of one another, toes pointing forward.

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, place one foot on the pillows by the side followed by another. Breathe in, lower the first foot back to the starting position followed by the second. Repeat. Gradually increase the speed.

Recommended Exercise - Getting on and off 2 Pillow Sideways-High Intensity

Position : Stand

Stand next to 2 pillows with toes pointing forward.

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, get on the pillow sideways such that toes pointing forward. Breathe in, get off the pillow sideways. Increase the intensity. Repeat.
