Recommended Exercise - Stand Narrow BOS on 1 Pillow and Reach

Position : Stand

Stand facing a pillow with toes pointing forward.

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, step on the pillow such that the feet touching each other. Maintaining the balance, reach forward in different directions with one hand. Repeat.

Recommended Exercise - Stand Narrow BOS and Reach

Position : Stand

Stand with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward.

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, keep both feet together such that they are touching each other with toes pointing forward. Maintaining the balance try reaching forward in different directions with one hand. Repeat

Recommended Exercise - Stand Narrow BOS on Pillow and Ball Toss Sideways

Position : Stand

Stand on 1 pillow next to the wall with feet touching each other and toes pointing forward, holding a ball in both hands in front.

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out,maintaining the balance, rotate the trunk and toss the ball on the wall sideways. Repeat.

Recommended Exercise - VMO with Theraband

Position : Sit

Sit, place a towel roll between the knees, tie one end of the theraband to the lower leg just above the ankle and other end to the stable surface behind the leg.

Form & Movement

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, press the towel roll between the knees and straighten the knee against the resistance of the theraband. Breathe in, bend the knee back to starting position. Repeat.
